At Aljedayel Computers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day Return & Refund Policy from the date of delivery.


1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with all original accessories, manuals, and tags included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used electronics.

  • Software, digital products, and licenses.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping, handling, and cash-on-delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

  • In the case of defective or wrong items, we will arrange a replacement or bear the return shipping cost.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Direct exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
