1. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with all original accessories, manuals, and tags included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used electronics.
Software, digital products, and licenses.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping, handling, and cash-on-delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
In the case of defective or wrong items, we will arrange a replacement or bear the return shipping cost.
